                           Heard Mr. Ng. Gunajit, learned counsel appearing for the
                 applicant.                                                       
                           Issue notice.                                          
                           Mr. M. Kameshwar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf
                 of the respondent No. 1 & 2.                                     
                           Applicant is to take step for service of notice upon the
                 respondent No. 3 & 4 by Speed Post.                              
                           The learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2
                 submits that if the petitioner is willing to deposit half of the amount awarded
                 by the Ld. Tribunal i.e. a sum of Rs. 27,51,800/- (Rupees twenty seven
                 lakh fifty one thousand and eight hundred), the condonation of delay of 112
                 (one hundred and twelve) days may be condoned.

                           The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that
                 he is willing to deposit the said half of the awarded amount.    
                           As the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is willing
                 to deposit the half of the awarded amount, the condonation of delay filed
                 by the petitioner is allowed.                                    
                           The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to
                 calculate the half of the awarded amount and deposit the same in the
                 account of Registrar General of this High Court.                 
                           With the above observation and direction, the present  
                 application for condonation of delay is disposed of.             
                           List the main application on 22.11.2024.
