[1] Heard Mr. NG. Jotindra, learned counsel for the
applicant/writ petitioner No. 3 and Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A. for
the State respondent.
[2] By the present application, the applicant/petitioner No. 3
prays for withdrawing his name from the writ petition and his name may
be deleted from the memo of parties in WP(C) No. 621 of 2023 as he
has no interest in the present case.
[3] Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A. for the State respondent,
has no objection.
[4] Recording the submissions made at the bar and on
perusal of the application, the application is allowed and the name of
the petitioner No. 3 is deleted from the memo of parties in WP(C) No.
621 of 2023.
