                           Heard Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned sr. counsel appearing for the
                 applicant.                                                         
                           Issue notice.                                            
                          Mr. Y. Ashang, learned sr. counsel accepts notice on behalf
                 respondent.                                                        
                          The present criminal miscellaneous application has been filed by
                 the applicant praying for granting permission to leave India for Foreign Tour at
                 Singagpore and Malaysia from 08.12.2024 to 28.12.2024.             
                           In the course of hearing, learned sr. counsel for the State
                 respondent submits that during the course of investigation of the case, the
                 matter has been handed over to the CBI and needs to be made party in the
                 present application.                                               
                           Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already
                 furnished the copy to learned sr. PCCG Mr. W. Darakeshwor for the CBI.

                           As both the parties admitted to the fact that the case has already
                 been handed over to the CBI, learned counsel for the petitioner also furnished
                 advanced copy of the application to the learned counsel for the CBI Mr. W.
                 Darakeshwor, learned sr. PCCG.                                     
                           Mr. W. Darakeshwor, learned sr. PCCG appeared and agreed to
                 participate the hearing of the case.                               
                           Learned counsels for the parties submits that in previous
                 application connected to the present case filed by the applicant, the
                 applicant/petitioner being an elected member of the Manipur Legislative
                 Assembly (Annexure A/3 and A/4) the same prayer of the petitioner was
                                 –                                                  
                 allowed to leave India for his foreign tour to Singapore, Malaysia and Australia
                 between the period of 20.10.2018 to 10.11.2018, 26.09.2019 to 23.10.2029,
                 and 20.12.2023 to 15.01.2024 respectively.                         
                           Learned counsels for the parties fairly submit that this application
                 may be allowed.                                                    
                           Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to leave India for his
                 Foreign tour at Singapore and Malayasia from 08.12.2024 to 28.12.2024,
                 however, it is made clear that the applicant/petitioner shall report in person
                 before the Registrar General of this Court on 30.12.2024 without fail.
                           The criminal miscellaneous application is disposed of accordingly.
                           Copy of this order may be furnished to the learned counsel for
                 the parties.
