Heard Mr. Th. I bohal, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms.
Sulochana, learned counsel appearing for the applicant; Mr.
Mayonkui Ngalung, learned counsel appearing for the contesting
respondent No. 1; Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned G.A. appearing
for respondent Nos. 2 & 3; and Mr. N. Suresh, learned counsel
appearing for respondent Nos. 4, 5 & 7.
The present application has been filed with a prayer for
allowing the impleadment of the present applicant as respondent
No. 8 in the connected WP(C) No. 311 of 2022 on the ground that
the applicant is a necessary party.
Mr. Mayonkui Ngalung, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner, submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present
impleadment application.
After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and
on perusal of the record this Court is of the considered view that the

present applicant is a necessary party in the connected writ petition.
Accordingly, the present application is allowed.
Registry is directed to implead the present applicant viz.,
Lanranglung Gondaimei as respondent No. 8 in the connected WP(C)
No. 311 of 2022.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application is
disposed of.
