                   [1]        Heard Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted
                   by Mr. Arunkumar, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. L.   
                   Somorendro Roy, learned counsel on behalf of the State respondent
                   and Mr. I. Denning, learned counsel for the respondent/writ petitioner.
                   [2]       By the present application, the applicants are praying for
                                                       para of the order dated    
                   replacing the word “petitioner” in last but one                
                   24.07.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 103 of 2024 and the
                   connected matters wherein this Court held that the appointment of the
                   petitioner shall be subject to the outcome of the writ petitions.

                             It is stated that the word “petitioner” be           
                   applicants/private respondents and Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior
                   counsel for the applicants, submits that by replacing the word 
                   “petitioner” by applicants/private respondents, the nature of the order
                   will not be changed and learned counsel for the other parties is also

                   agreeable to the submissions of the learned senior counsel for the
                   applicants.                                                    
                   [4]       Recording the submissions made at the bar and after  
                   perusing the materials on record, the word “petitioner” in last but one
                   para of the order dated 24.07.2024 be read as applicants/private
                   respondents.                                                   
                   [5]       With this observation, the application being MC(WP(C)
                   No. 549 of 2024 is disposed of.                                
                   [6]       Mr. L. Somorendro Roy, learned counsel for the State 
                                                        counter affidavit in the  
                   respondent, prays for two weeks’ time for filing               
                   writ petitions.                                                
                   [7]       List the remaining matters on 13.12.2024.
