                   Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the
              matter has become infructuous as the relief sought for in the present writ petition
              for promoting the petitioner in a higher grade has already completed as the
              petitioner has been promoted to the higher grade.                     
                   Mr. Y. Ashang, learned GA appearing for the State respondent has not
              objected to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
                   Prayer is allowed.                                               
                   Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
