The present application has been filed with a prayer for
correcting the typographical error which occurred at paragraph No. 11(a)
of the judgment and order dated 11-01-2024 passed by this Court in
Revision Petition No. 13 of 2017. It has been submitted by the learned
counsel appearing for the applicants that in the paragraph No. 11 (a) of
the said judgment and order, the year of the writ petition, i.e. WP(C) No.

322 of 2023 should read as WP(C) No. 322 of 2013 .

Mr. Serto T. Kom, learned counsel appearing for the
respondent also endorsed the submission made by Mr. S. Samarjeet,
learned senior panel counsel appearing for the applicants.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel
appearing for the parties, it is hereby ordered that the writ petition being
mentioned at paragraph 11(a) of the aforesaid
“WP(C) No. 322 of 2023”
judgment and order should read as .
“WP(C) No. 322 of 2013”
With the aforesaid directions, the present application is
disposed of.
