Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned Sr. counsel submits that the present Misc.
application has been filed praying for correction/modification of the order dated
23.05.2024 passed in Cril. Petn. No. 37 of 2019.
Relevant portion of the order dated 23.05.2024 reads as follows;

Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the relevant portion of the order dated 23.05.2024 passed in
Cril. Petn. No. 37 of 2019 is rectified/corrected/modified as under;
“In the fact and circumstances, it is directed to send the
case record to the Trial Court and the Trial Court is directed
to dispose of the case in view of the agreement submitted
by the parties as per law as soon as possible.”
In view of the above, the present Misc. application is disposed of.
Send an extract copy of this order to the Court of learned Trial Court.
