Ms. N. Deepika, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the applicant.
The present miscellaneous application has been instituted by
Narengbam Khelemba, the applicant, praying as follows:
is
“In the light of the above few facts and circumstances, th Hon’ble
High Court may be pleased to allow for determination from being conducting
the above referred case for and on behalf of the respondents in the above
referred Review Petition in the interest of justice and for the cause of
justice.”
The applicant is the counsel conducting Review. Pet. No. 14 of 2023
on behalf of the original respondent as well as the newly impleaded respondents,
who are the LRs of the original respondent.
The applicant states that despite repeated efforts, they have not
received any instructions from the newly impleaded respondents {respondent Nos.
1(a), 1(b) and 1(c) in the present application) and are, therefore, seeking discharge
from conducting the subject review petition.

Notice.
Mr. Athouba Khaidem, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice
on behalf of the State respondents, and fairly does not oppose the limited relief
prayed for present application.
In view of the above and the averment made in the application, the
same is allowed.
The applicant and his associates are discharged from conducting the
subject review petition on behalf of the newly impleaded respondents.
