Ms. N. Deepika, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the applicant.
The present miscellaneous application has been instituted by
Narengbam Khelemba, the applicant, praying as follows:
is
“In the light of the above few facts and circumstances, th Hon’ble
High Court may be pleased to allow for determination from being conducting
the above referred case for and on behalf of the respondents in the above
referred contempt petition in the interest of justice and for the cause of
justice.”
The applicant is the counsel conducting CONT. CAS (C) No. 17 of 2017
on behalf of the original petitioner as well as the newly impleaded petitioners, who
are the LRs of the original petitioner.
The applicant states that despite repeated efforts, they have not
received any instructions from the newly impleaded petitioners {respondents No.
1(a), 1(b) and 1(c) in the present application} and are, therefore, seeking discharge
from conducting the subject contempt petition.

Notice.
Mr. Athouba Khaidem, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice
on behalf of respondent No. 2, and fairly does not oppose the limited relief prayed
for present application.
In view of the above and the averment made in the application, the
same is allowed.
The applicant and his associates are discharged from conducting the
subject contempt petition on behalf of the petitioners.
