             [1]       Heard Mr. M. Rendy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.
             RK Emily, learned Deputy GA for the State respondents.               
             [2]       The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Rendy, during the
             course of hearing, submits that the present writ petition can be disposed of by
             passing a direction to the respondents to dispose of the pending representation
             dated 15.06.2024 by a speaking order within a stipulated period of time.
             [3]       Mrs. RK Emily, learned Deputy GA has no objection with the 
             submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 
             [4]       Recording this, writ petition is disposed of by directing the
             respondents to dispose of the pending representation dated 15.06.2024
             submitted by the petitioner within a period of 3(three) months from the date of
             receipt of a copy of this order.                                     
             [5]       It is made clear that this Court does not express any opinion on
             the merit of the case.                                               
             [6]       Furnish a copy of this order to the learned counsel appearing for
             the parties.
