The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing
impleadment of Shri. L. Roshan Singh, Executive Engineer, Imphal West
PHE Division, PHED, Manipur, as respondent No. 3 in the connected
Contempt Case (C) No. 10 of 2024.
Mrs. I. Bimola, learned counsel appearing for the said proposed
respondent No. 3 entered appearance on behalf of the said respondent
and submitted that she has no objection in allowing the present
application.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, the present
application is hereby allowed.
Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the above-named
officer as respondent No. 3 in the connected contempt case.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of.
