                    Heard Mr. K. Modhusudon, learned counsel appearing for the applicant,
             Mr. A. Jagjit, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2, Mr. David
             Boon, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3, Mr. Borish, learned
             counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4 and Mr. L. Sanjoy, learned counsel
             appearing for the respondent No. 5.                                  
                    The present application had been filed with a prayer for allowing
             amendment of the connected writ petition being WP (C) No. 840 of 2023 as
             proposed in the present application. The counsel appearing for the respondents
             submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present amendment
             application.                                                         
                    In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the
             parties, the present application is hereby allowed.                  
                    The counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out the necessary
             correction in the connected writ petition during the course of the day.
                    With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of.
