             behalf of the State.                                                 
                    They seek leave to withdraw these applications with liberty to approach
             the Special Court for release of the subject vehicles in terms of the directions
             contained in the order dated 20.10.2023 in accordance with law.      
                    Leave and liberty granted.                                    
                    All these applications are dismissed as withdrawn whilst granting liberty
             to the applicants to approach the Special Court.
