                      HON’BLE MRS. JUSTICE GOLMEI GAIPHULSHILLU
              31.01.2024
              (C.J.)
Mr. M. Rakesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners
candidly admits that the subject lands belonged to private individuals. It is also an
admitted position that the petitioner is not the owner of any partial of the subject
              lands.
In view of the foregoing, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the
present Public Interest Litigation (PIL). The PIL is, accordingly, dismissed as
              withdrawn.
Needless to state that if the private owners of the subject lands have
grievances, they are at liberty to initiate appropriate proceeding, if any, in
              accordance with law.
The Public Interest Litigation is dismissed.
