                 [1]       Heard Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel for the  
                 applicant.                                                       
                 [2]       By the present application, the petitioner proposed for
                 correcting the typographical mistake mentioned at para 2 and proposed
                 to be amended at para 3. It is submitted that the proposed       
                 correction/amendment will not change the nature of the case.     
                 [4]       It is prayed that the application be allowed and necessary
                 correction may be made in the application.                       
                 [5]       Mr.   A.   Mohendro,   learned  counsel  for           
                 respondents/election petitioner fairly submits that the application may
                 be allowed subject to payment of a sum of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand)
                 only.                                                            
                 [6]       This Court has considered the submission made at the Bar
                 and that the proposed correction will not change the nature of the case.
                 Accordingly, the application is allowed.                         

                 [7]       Applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in 
                 para 3 subject to payment of a sum of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) to the
                 High Court Bar Association, Manipur.                             
                 [8]       On submission of proof of payment, Registry is directed to
                 make necessary correction.
