                         Heard Ms. Th. Babita, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
                         Mr. Boboy Potsangbam, learned CGSC appears for the respondent No.
               1 and Mr. BP. Sahu, learned senior counsel appears for the respondents No. 2 & 3
               through VC.                                                        
                         The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that
               the respondents be directed to dispose of the representation dated 27.11.2024 filed
               by the petitioner and she is not going to the merit of the case.   
                         The learned counsels appearing for the respondents fairly submit that
               they have no objection to the request made by the petitioner.      
                         Accordingly, the respondents are directed to dispose the 
               representation dated 27.11.2024 by passing a speaking order as per rule within a
               period of 3 (three) months.                                        
                         With the above direction, the instant writ petition and pending
               applications are disposed of.
