Heard Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel appearing for
the petitioner and Mr. Samarjit Hawaibam, learned senior counsel assisted by
Ms. RK. Emily, learned Dy. G.A. appearing for the respondents.
The instant writ petition came up before this Vacation Bench on
Mention made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner
requested this Court to direct the respondents to dispose the representation
dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure A/20) by issuing a speaking order as per rule.
–
The learned counsel appearing for the State respondents does
not oppose the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the respondents are directed to dispose the
representation dated 10.09.2024 filed by the petitioner by issuing a speaking
order as per rule within a period of 2 (two) months.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
