Heard Md. Ajmal Hussain, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner and Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP appearing for the respondents.
The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the
Cr.P.C. with the following prayer:
(i) To admit the present application,
(ii) Call for the records,
(iii) To grant pre-arrest bail or anticipatory bail to the
applicant u/s 438 of Cr.P.C. in connection with the
FIR No. 53(02) 2023 Imphal Police Station U/S
120B/384/420/468/506 IPC.

During the course of hearing, Md. Ajmal Hussain, learned
counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted a letter of the Investigating
Officer, Imphal Police Station, Imphal West, Manipur, dated 18.11.2023
addressed to the present petitioner namely, Brijesh Bhardwaj, before this
Court. The learned counsel submits that the present petition may be
disposed of basing on the said letter, which is extracted herein below:
