Ms. Rinika Maibam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
petitioner, states that the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous
in view of the circumstance that the subject order rendered by this Court in W.P.
(C) No. 429 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023 has since been complied with and the same
may be closed.
Directed accordingly.
The present contempt petition and the pending application are disposed
of accordingly.
