                    Heard Mr.  W.  Jemon, learned counsel appearing for the         
               petitioner; and Mr. Th. Vashum, learned G.A. appearing for the       
               respondents.                                                         
                    The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct
               the respondents to pay/ release undisputed bills payable to the      
               petitioner in respect of the supply order dated 14.07.2014 of PHED,  
               Manipur.                                                             
                    At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner 
               submitted that the present writ petition can be disposed of by grating
               similar relief as has been granted by this Court in its order dated  
               15.04.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 262 of 2024.

                    After perusing the aforesaid order passed by this Court, Mr. Th.
               Vashum, learned G.A., fairly submitted that the present writ petition
               can be disposed of in terms of the earlier order passed by this Court.
                    I n view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing
               for the parties, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of with the
               following directions: -                                              
                    (i)  The claim of the petitioner for payment of undisputed bill 
                         amounts may  be verified either by the Chief Engineer,     
                         PHED or any officer authorized by the Chief Engineer in    
                         this regard.                                               
                    (ii) The said verification process should be completed within a 
                         period of 3(three) months from the date of receipt of a    
                         certified copy of this order and                           
                    (iii) I f upon verification, it is found that the petitioner is entitled
                         to the said bill amount, the same shall be released in favour
                         of the petitioner in accordance with seniority in completion
                         of work.                                                   
                    With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is     
               disposed of.
