Heard Mr. M. Chittaranjan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant
and Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP appearing for the State respondent.
The present application has been filed by the applicant under Section
439 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 praying for releasing the applicant/ petitioner/ accused
no. 1 who has been in jail from 11.06.2024 till date after 10(ten) days police
custody in connection with FIR No. 373(5) 2024 LPS u/s
468/420/409/418/471/403 IPC.

During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that the present MC(Cril. Petn.) No. 36 of 2024 may be disposed of as
the Ld. Trial Court has already released the accused/ petitioner on bail on medical
ground.
The learned counsel for the State respondent fairly submits that it can
be disposed of on the ground stated above.
Accordingly, the present MC(Cril. Petn.) No. 36 of 2024 is disposed of.
