                       Heard Ms. Kabamdailiu Pamei, learned counsel appearing     
                for the applicant and Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the
                respondents.                                                      
                       The present application has been filed with the prayer for 
                allowing the applicant to correct the nomenclature of the respondent No. 4
                in the cause title of the connected writ petition.                
                       According to the learned counsel, the nomenclature of the said
                respondent No. 4 has been wrongly given as The Managing Director, 
                                                     “                            
                Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited Electricity Complex,
                Keishampat instead of The Manipur State Power Distribution Company
                         ”        “                                               
                Limited, represented by the Managing Director, 3rd Floor, New Directorate
                Building near 2nd MR Gate, Complex, Keishampat, Imphal - 795001 . The
                                                                   ”              
                learned counsel, accordingly, prays for allowing the applicant to make the
                necessary correction in respect of the nomenclature of the respondent No.
                4 in the cause title of the connected writ petition.              
                       Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents   
                submitted that he has no objection in allowing the said correction.
                       In view of the submission made by the counsel appearing for the
                parties, the present application is disposed of by allowing the learned
                counsel appearing for the applicant to make the necessary correction in
                the cause title during the course of the day.                     
                       The present application stands closed.
