HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH
             29.04.2024
Heard Mr. I. Lalitkumar, senior counsel assisted by Mr. Nareshkumar,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Phungyo Zingkhei, learned
Deputy GA appearing for the respondents.
In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ
petition and as agreed to by both the counsel appearing for the parties, the
present writ petition is being disposed of at motion stage itself.
At the outset, Mr. I. Lalitkumar, learned senior counsel appearing for the
petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if the present writ
petition is disposed of by directing the Medical Superintendent, JNIMS,
Porompat, Imphal East, to consider the representations dated 19.09.2023 and
15.04.2024 submitted by the petitioner in its own merit and to dispose of the
same by issuing an order within a stipulated period.
Mr. Phungyo Zingkhei, learned Deputy GA appearing for the respondents
fairly submitted that as the prayer of the petitioner is confined only to the
consideration and disposal of the representations submitted by it, he has no
objection in disposing of the present writ petition as prayed for by the learned
               counsel appearing for the petitioner.
                                                                    Page 1

In view of the submission made above, the present writ petition is hereby
disposed of by directing the Medical Superintendent, JNIMS, Porompat, Imphal
East, to consider the aforesaid 2 (two) representations on its own merit and to
dispose of the same by issuing a speaking order within a period of 3 (three)
months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
