HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH
                29-04-2024
Heard Mr. HS Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by
Mr. S. Gunabanta, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr.
                N. Surendrajit, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
The present application has been filed with a prayer for
condoning the delay of 129 days in bringing on record the LRs of the
deceased respondent No. 1 who expired on 14-10-2023. Mr. N.
Surendrajit, learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly
submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present condonation
                application.
After hearing the submission advanced by the learned
counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the records, this
Court finds sufficient ground for allowing the present condonation
application. Accordingly, the delay in preferring the impleadment
application for bringing the LRs of the deceased respondent No. 1 is
                hereby condoned.
The present application stands disposed of.
