                       Heard Ms. Sandhyarani, learned counsel appearing for the   
                petitioner; Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned GA appearing for the    
                respondents No. 1 to 3 and 6, Mr. S. Vijayanand Sharma, learned senior
                counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4, I. Somorjit, learned counsel
                appearing for the respondent No. 5 and Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior
                counsel assisted by Mr. A. Rommel, learned counsel appearing for the
                respondent No. 6.                                                 
                       In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present
                writ petition and as agreed to by both the counsel appearing for the parties,
                the present writ petition is disposed of at the Motion stage itself.
                       At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
                submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied for the time being if the
                present writ petition is disposed of by directing the Executive Director, RO,
                Imphal, N.H.I.D.C.L., Manipur, respondent No. 5 herein, to consider the
                representation dated 20-09-2022 submitted by the petitioner on its own
                merit and strictly in terms of the applicable provisions of law and to dispose
                of the same by issuing a speaking order within a stipulated period.
                       Mr. I. Somorjit and other counsels appearing for the respondents
                fairly submitted that they have no objection in disposing of the present writ
                petition as prayed for by the counsel appearing for the petitioner.

                       In view of the submission made above, the present writ petition
                is disposed of by directing the Executive Director, RO, Imphal, NHIDCL,
                Manipur to consider the aforesaid representation dated 20-09-2022 
                submitted by the petitioner on its own merit and strictly in terms of the
                applicable act and rules and to dispose of the same by issuing a speaking
                order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified
                copy of this order.                                               
                       With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is 
                disposed of.
