                    This application coming on for admission this day, the court passed the
               following:                                                         
                                          ORDER                                   
                    This is an application for restoration of M.P. No.6331/2022, which stood
               dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2023.
                    It is the submission of learned counsel for the applicant that counsel for
               the applicant was busy before another Bench and therefore could not appear
               before the Court when the case was called for. It is further submitted that for

               the mistake of counsel, applicant may not be made to suffer.       
                    F o r the reasons assigned in the application, which is supported by an
               affidavit, sufficient cause is made out for restoration of M.P. No.6331/2022.
               Hence, the application is allowed and M.P. No.6331/2022 is restored to its
               original number.                                                   
                    A copy of this order be placed in the record of M.P. No.6331/2022.
                    This M.C.C. stands disposed of accordingly.
