This application coming on for Admission this day, the court passed the
following:
ORDER
This is the first application filed by the applicant under Section 438 of the
Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail relating to FIR No.08 of 2024 registered at
Police Station Kotwali, District Ashoknagar (M.P.) for the offence under
Section 306 and 34 of IPC.
Learned counsel for the applicant seeks for and is granted permission to
withdraw this first anticipatory bail application with liberty to surrender before
the trial Court. It is further prayed that trial Court be directed to decide the
regular bail application of the applicant on the same day.
With aforesaid liberty, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
