               Constitution taking exception to the order dated 11.11.2022 passed by
               Tehsildar whereby application for mutation of land purportedly under Section
               109 and 110 of the MPLRC stands rejected.                          
                    2. At the outset, learned counsel for respondent/State placed the order
               dated 20.04.2023 passed by Additional Collector, Vidisha where appeal
               preferred by the petitioner stands allowed and matter has been remanded back
               to the Tehsildar for fresh adjudication. Therefore, purpose of filing the petition
               is over.                                                           
                    3. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks withdrawal of this
               petition with liberty to renew the prayer if occasion arises so.   
                    4. Prayer noted.                                              
                    5. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with
               liberty as aforesaid.
