way of the impugned order the order dated 30.6.2002 whereby services of the
petitioner were terminated, was quashed and he was directed to be reinstated
with all consequential benefits after reinstatement.
Since the matter of regularization was not decided the present petition
               came to be filed.
It was stated by learned Counsel for respondent no. 1 at bar that the case
of the regularization of the petitioner was considered and he was regularized on
13.07.2007 and since the very grievance of the petitioner had come to an end
nothing further survives to be adjudicated.
In the wake of categorical statement made by the learned Counsel for
respondent no. 1 at bar, the present contempt petition is dismissed. Contempt
               proceedings are hereby dropped.
