THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING,
THROUGH PHYSICAL HEARING/VIDEO CONFERENCING, THIS
DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:

ORAL ORDER
The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of
the properties which are the subject matter of the writ
petition and he has requested respondent No.3 to mutate
his name in the revenue entries regarding the lands
concerned. As the same has not been considered so far,
present writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
"That the petitioner most respectfully prays to this

3 respondent Tahsildar K.R.Pete Taluk to consider
application dated 21-08-2024 which is produced at

Annexure-E to the writ petition, to enter revenue
entries in favour of the petitioner of the land Sy No
24/P3 an extent of 20 guntas and Sy No 24/3-P2 an
extent of 1 acre situated at Anchemuddanahalli
Village, Shilenere Hobli, K.R.Pete Taluk, Mandya Dist
within eight weeks from the date of this Hon'ble
Courts order.
II Please to pass any order or direction which
this Hon'ble Court may deems fit under these
circumstances in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Learned AGA appearing for the respondents
upon instructions, submits that podhi and durasti of the
lands concerned has not taken place and she further
submits that petitioner has not produced all the relevant
particulars. If the same were to be produced by the
petitioner, prayer of the petitioner will be considered.
3. Hence, the following:
ORDER
i) The petitioner is permitted to give a fresh
representation along with all the necessary
particulars to respondent No.3 and respondent
No.3 upon receipt of such representation shall

consider the request of the petitioner and pass
appropriate orders within a period of six months
thereafter;
ii) The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
