                Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to avail           
                appropriate remedy.

                3.   Writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Appellant would       
                not be entitled for any liberty since proceedings is culminated   
                by passing order under the Karnataka Public Premises (Eviction
