                     THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE           
                COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:                                         
                                       ORDER                                      
                     The petitioners are studying in III year BHMS course in      
                 rd                                                 st            
                3   respondent  Institution, which is affiliated to 1             
                respondent-University.                                            
                     2.  As the request of the petitioners to appear for III      
                year BHMS examination was not considered, the instant writ        
                petition is filed seeking the following prayer:                   
                    a. Issue writ of mandamus directing the Respondent            
                       No.1 &  2 to consider the representation dated:            
                       16.02.2023 Annexure-D, D1 permit them to appear for        
                        rd                                                        
                       3   year BHMS course examination scheduled to              
                       commence   from 14.03.2023 and  further the                
                       Respondent No.1 to declare the result of said              
                       examination, to meet the ends of Justice and,              
                    b. Issue such other writ, orders of direction as this         
                       Hon’ble court deems fit in the facts and circumstances     
                       of the case in the interest of justice and equity.         
                     3.  By virtue of the interim order dated 03.03.2023,         
                the petitioners were permitted to appear in the examination       
                and by  virtue of the interim order dated 06.06.2023, the

                results of the petitioners of their III year BHMS examination     
                was also announced.                                               
                     4.  The  learned counsel for the petitioner submits          
                that the petition has become infructuous.                         
                     5.  Under  the circumstances, as the prayer of the           
                petitioners has been granted, the  writ petition stands           
                disposed off as having become infructuous.
