               2.   Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case
               No. 99 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 599 of 2024 for the offences
               registered under sections 25 (1-B) (a) and 26 of Arms Act, pending in the court
               of Sri Sidhant Tigga, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur, East
               Singhbhum.                                                           
               3.   On 09.04.2024, Mango Police apprehended the petitioner from a place
               near Durga Temple under Mango Bridge. On search, one country made pistol
               and two live cartridges were recovered from his possession.          
               4.   Mr. Anurag Kashyap, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the  
               petitioner, submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about six months and
               charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It was further submitted that the
               offence alleged is triable by the court of Judicial Magistrate.      
               5.   In view of the submissions made above, petitioner, above named, is
               directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees
               twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction
               of Sri Sidhant Tigga, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur, East
               Singhbhum in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024 corresponding
               to G.R. No. 599 of 2024.
