                               Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with
                      Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 35/2024, registered under Sections
                      414/419/420/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections
                      66B/ 66C/ 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional
                      Sessions Judge-I, Jamtara.                                    
                               The petitioner is alleged to be involved in cyber offence.
                      Cyber police Jamtara had seized mobile phones from the possession of
                      the petitioner.                                               
                               Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the
                      prosecution has not produced anything to show that the petitioner has
                      cheated anybody.                                              
                               Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but has not
                      disputed the aforesaid facts.                                 
                               Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case,
                      the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on
                      furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two
                      sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional
                      Sessions Judge-I, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
                      Case No. 35/2024.
