The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rikhiya P.S. Case
No. 139 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya

               Magistrate, Deoghar.
On 23.08.2024 at about 12:30 noon, the informant was intercepted by three

nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was also
submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of
               co-accused.
Leaned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail but
does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
