                  2.   Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Rajrappa, PS.
                  Case No. 1 of 2024, corresponding to S.T. No. 46 of 2024, for the offences
                  registered under sections 376(D)/34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned
                  Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh.                                        
                  3.   Petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim.              
                  4.   Learned counsel for the petitioner drawn attention of this Court to the
                  deposition of victim recorded during trial which is at Annexure-3 of this bail
                  application.                                                      
                  5.   On perusal of the deposition, it appears that victim has not supported the
                  prosecution case and has been declared hostile.                   
                  6.   In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be
                  released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty
                  thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned
                  Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh in connection with Rajrappa, PS. Case No. 1 of 2024,
                  corresponding to S.T. No. 46 of 2024.
