Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Arki
P.S. Case No. 11/2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 03/2024, for
the offences registered under Sections 8/17/18/22 of NDPS Act,
pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,
NDPS Act, Khunti.
3. On 25.02.2024, Arki police, on the basis of confidential
information, destroyed poppy cultivation from the field of Sukhram
Munda. Sukhram Munda confessed his guilt and implicated this
petitioner that he worked as labourer in the field.
4. It was submitted that apart from suspicion there is no material
against the petitioner on record.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the
petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed
to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees
Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the
satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act,
Khunti in connection with Arki P.S. Case No. 11/2024 corresponding to
N.D.P.S. Case No. 03/2024.
