03/29.11.2024 This petition has been filed for restoration of W.P. (Cr.) No.912 of 2023
to its original file which was dismissed for non-compliance of order dated
10.07.2024 and the said was dismissed on 24.07.2024.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the
peremptory order dated 10.07.2024 was not complied and in view of that the
writ petition was dismissed. He submits that inadvertently the correct date was
not noted in the file.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent State has got no
serious objection, if the said writ petition is restored to its original file.
4. This Court finds that sufficient cause has been made out for the
restoration of W.P. (Cr.) No.912 of 2023, as such W.P. (Cr.) No.912 of 2023 is
hereby restored to its original file.
5. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
