                    2.   Nobody appears on behalf of the opposite parties.          
                    3.   This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration
                    of W.P.(S) No. 2134 of 2023 which stood dismissed on account of 
                    non-removal of defects in terms of order dated 09.05.2024.      
                    4.   Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to paragraph 5 of
                    this petition citing the reason for non-removal of defects.     
                    5.   Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that
                    three weeks' time may be granted to remove the defects in the writ
                    petition and the writ petition be restored.                     
                    6.   Considering the aforesaid submissions, time granted to the 
                    petitioner vide order dated 09.05.2024 to remove the defects in 
                                                      th                            
                    W.P.(S) No. 2134 of 2023 is extended till 10 January 2025.      

                    7.   If the defects in the writ petition are removed within the 
                    extended time, office is directed to place the writ petition before
                    appropriate Bench as per roster.                                
                    8.   This civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
