                     The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Charhi P.S.
                Case No. 101 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 387/34 of
                the  Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Miss Shristi Kumari, l
                earned    J.M.F.C., Hazaribag.                                      
                     On 30.11.2023 at about 10.24 A.M., a rangdari call was made on the
                mobile phone of the informant. The informant was also threatened of dire
                consequences.                                                       
                     It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and no
                money was given to the accused person by the informant. It was further
                submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of the
                co-accused person and he has also confessed his guilt. It was further
                submitted that no money was transferred to the accused person as rangdari.
                The petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2024.                      
                     Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the  
                petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed
                to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees
                Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the  
                satisfaction of Miss Shristi Kumari, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribag or her
                successor in connection with Charhi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2023.
