                    Heard the parties.                                              
                    The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chhipadohar P.S.
               Case No.04 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26(2),
               35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of learned
               S.D.J.M., Latehar.                                                   
                    On 16.02.2024, petitioner was apprehended by Chhipadohar Police and on
               search, three live cartridges were recovered from his possession.    
                    It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for more than three months
               and the chargesheet has also been submitted in this case. It was further submitted
               that co-accused Guddu Yadav and co-accused Kamlesh Yadav have also been
               granted bail by this Court earlier.                                  
                    Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on
               bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail
               on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
               sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Latehar,
               in connection with Chhipadohar P.S. Case No.04 of 2024.
