                    Heard the parties.                                              
                    The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bagbera P.S.
               Case No.21 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 326, 307, 34 of the
               Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on, Section 302 of the
               Indian Penal Code has been added, pending in the court of Sri Aditya, learned
               Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamshedpur.                          
                    On 19.02.2023 between 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, named accused persons 
               accosted the informant and his cousin, while they were coming out from local
               Masjid. The accused persons assaulted the informant party. On 20.02.2023,
               somebody shot the cousin of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his
               injuries.                                                            
                    It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name has
               transpired in the confession of Bablu Singh that he was also present at the place of
               occurrence.                                                          
                    Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail but
               conceded the aforesaid fact.                                         
                    Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on
               bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail
               on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
               sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya, learned Judicial
               Magistrate, 1st class, Jamshedpur, or his successor, in connection with Bagbera
               P.S. Case No.21 of 2023.
