05 / 31.05.2024 Vide order dated 17.05.2024, due to inadvertence, bail was granted to the
petitioner Raju Kumar Das and bail application of the petitioner Raj Kishor Das
was rejected. From perusal of the order, it appears that SIM which

was allegedly recovered from the possession of Raju Kumar Das was used in
cheating the victim. Statement of the victim was recorded in the case diary in
which he had supported this fact. However, no victim has appeared as far as the
petitioner Raj Kishor Das is concerned.
2. Due to inadvertence, instead of Raj Kishor Das, bail has been granted to
Raju Kumar Das and the bail application of Raj Kishor Das was rejected.
3. Considering the aforesaid facts, order dated 17.05.2024 is modified to
the extent that bail application of the petitioner Raju Kumar Das is rejected and
the bail application of the petitioner Raj Kishor Das is allowed. Petitioner-Raj
Kishor Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special
Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
Case No. 85 of 2023.
