                    05/Dated: 22.03.2024
This petition has been filed praying therein for restoration of
W.P. (C) No. 1664 of 2017 to its original file, which has been
dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order.
Learned counsel for the petitioners begs unconditional apology
                    for this.
Learned counsel for the State also does not have any objection.
Considering the statements made in this petition, I am inclined
to allow this petition. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
Consequently, W.P. (C) No. 1664 of 2017 is restored to its
original file subject to condition that the defects pointed out by the
Registry in the writ petition must be removed within three weeks,
failing which, this order of restoration will not be given effect to.
After restoration, the restored Writ Petition be listed before
                    appropriate Bench as per roster.
