                 1.     The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for
                 modification of the order dated 31.01.2024 passed in A.B.A No.10047 of 2023 for
                 extension of time to surrender in the learned Court below.         
                 2.     It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide
                 order dated 31.01.2024, anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner by this
                 Court in A.B.A. No.10047 of 2023 and two weeks’ time has been granted to
                 surrender before the court below but he could not surrendered within time and as
                 such, the prayer has been made for extension of time to surrender in the Court
                 below.                                                             
                 3.     In view of the above submission, the order dated 31.01.2024 passed in
                 A.B.A No.10047 of 2023 is hereby, modified to the extent that the petitioner shall
                 surrender before the Court below on or before 08.04.2024.          
                 4.     Accordingly, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is hereby,
                 allowed.
