               petitioner, at the outset, submits that an appeal has been registered
               and an order of status quo has been passed by the respondent no.1.   
                        In view of the aforesaid facts therefore, this writ application
               stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to endevour
               for expeditious disposal of the H.R.C. Appeal which has been filed on
               16th January 2024 by the petitioner.                                 
                        Pending interlocutory applications also stand closed.
