                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.                      
                     From perusal of the order dated 30.05.2018 at Annexure-5, it appears
                   that petition file under Section 8 Rule (1-A) (3) of the C.P.C. was rejected
                   on the ground that no sufficient reasons was shown. Challenging the said
                   order the instant Civil Revision has been filed.                 
                     Petitioner is at liberty to raise his ground before the learned Trial
                   Court who shall consider the same in accordance with law.        
                     Accordingly the instant Civil Revision stands disposed of.
