                     Heard the Parties.                                             
                     Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chas P.S.
                Case No.540 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections     
                379/413/461 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned
                Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro.                                  
                     Petitioner appears to be the owner of bus from which some stolen
                articles were recovered.                                            
                     From the impugned order, it appears that petitioner has got criminal
                antecedent, he is accused in seven cases of similar nature.         
                     Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the
                petitioner on Anticipatory Bail. Accordingly, his prayer for Anticipatory
                Bail stands rejected.
