               Order No.6/Dated: 28 s t June, 2024
When the matter is called out, the learned counsels for the parties have
               appeared.
Apart from other submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner has
submitted that the parties were already married and due to certain misunderstanding they
got separated but now the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour, dignity
and safety and, therefore, he may be released on bail.
The learned counsel for the informant has stated that the informant is also
ready to go with the petitioner.
The informant/victim 'X' is present in the Court. It is conveyed to the
victim in Hindi that within a week after furnishing bail-bond in the learned jurisdictional
Court the petitioner will take her with him from the learned jurisdictional Court.
The learned counsels for both the parties have ensured that they will assist
the petitioner and the informant in compliance of this order.
Having heard learned counsels for the parties and in the facts and
circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner on bail, on
executing bail-bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions
Judge-1, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa, in connection with Mahila PS Chakaradharpur

to the conditions that the petitioner shall submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhar
Card and mobile number before the learned court below which he will always keep active
and will not change it during pendency of the case without prior permission of the Court.
It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to comply with this order within
